Marc is Vice Provost at TESU, responsible for the University's programs in prior learning assessment, open educational resources, and competency-based education. He directs the National Institute on the Assessment of Adult Learning. He has also worked in assessment and program direction at the College Board and Educational Testing Service, and taught history and humanities at institutions in New Jersey and North Carolina.
