Hugh is the founder of Lingopolo. The aim is for Lingopolo to become the world's best system for anybody to learn any-language, from any-language, for free. The vision comes from last year's EMDC (Euroasia Media & Distribution Consultation) 2017 conference in the Netherlands, where various people expressed the need for free, high quality language-learning tools, to help refugee integration.
